OUR HISTORY & MISSION
Prairieland Market has deep roots in Salina and the surrounding community. Founded in 1978 as an organic buyers' club, the Market has evolved over the years into its current shape and home as a local and organic food retail space in the Walnut Street neighborhood at 305 E. Walnut in Salina. Prairieland is opening our new, larger store at 118 S Santa Fe in the Heart of Downtown Salina on October 23, 2024.

Prairieland Market is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, built upon its staff, donors, subscribers, producers, board members, and volunteers!
