Join us for an evening with Chef Grant Wagner from Fly Boy Brewery & Eats (Sylvan Grove, KS). We will be preparing a beautiful and elevated meal while learning how to use the bounty of our local farmers.

​

This is a hands-on class, so come ready to cook and enjoy a delicious dinner! Cooking tools, aprons and take-home recipe cards will be provided. Space limited to 6 participants.​​

Join us for a food preservation training with the Kansas Permaculture Institute. In this class, we will learn the basics of fermentation with instructor Evan Epperson, including jam, kombucha, kimchi and lactic acid pickles.

​

In addition to the live demonstration and hands-on experience, participants will get to take home preserved food and a resource list.
